CEC Publishers is devoted to developing resources for enhancement of the human experience. Its founder, F. Felicia Ferrara, Ph.D. has over 25 years experience in social sciences for psychology and educational services. After years of working with individuals and groups as service provider, university professor and ongoing consultant, the need for resources to enlighten others remains unchanged across generations. As a progressive thinker, Dr. Ferrara focuses on improvements for the future. Through avid research, data collection and analysis, as well as reflections on the inner relationships of all events, innovative materials are produced as books, CDs, and test developments. Her workshop content and presentation style allow for the delivery of practical and realistic suggestions to improve intercommunication styles and intra communication effectiveness. Materials are relevant to the workplace, home front and social circles as well as to children, adolescents, and adults. Since each life lived must involve work, play and socializing, that just about covers it all.
